Set exposure time short and increased gain for optimal live display
Individual images are ~7bits

Made small adjustments to focus, gain and exposure between runs

ImageJ processing -

Stacked to make an effective 14-bit depth 
Unsharp masked at 1 or 2 pixels then summed
Unsharp masked at 1 pixel
Gaussian with 0.5 pixel

No change in color or contrast
